What do you get when you cross two Californian cowboys, a family full of gatecrashers, a bunch of kids and one of the nicest days of the summer?
Steven and Kwan's excellent wedding!
OK, I might be a little off on the cowboy thing but Kwan (a dairy farmer) and Steven (an animation supervisor) did it up in style with what looked to be pretty authentic Western duds. Of course as everyone knows, no cowboy wedding would be complete without a tea ceremony...
...the requisite spinning bride's (groom's?) maids...
...and a cake rustler or two.
As far as I could tell this full-on family event was packed with as much love, compassion, sunshine and fun as one could possibly ask for. I felt lucky to have been there but then I generally do.
